1. Acceptance

By using HeyLead, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

HeyLead is an AI-powered LinkedIn outreach tool. It automates campaign management, message generation, and meeting scheduling. The service is provided as-is.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your LinkedIn activity and compliance with LinkedIn's terms
• You must not use HeyLead for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your campaign configurations
• You must have appropriate rights to contact the people in your campaigns

4. Google Calendar Integration

When you grant calendar access, HeyLead will only create new events on your primary calendar when a meeting is detected in your LinkedIn conversations. You can revoke this access at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

Messages generated by HeyLead's AI are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outreach content before it is sent on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

HeyLead is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to LinkedIn account restrictions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
